Allen "Scrugg" John Parish Obituary (1956 - 2017)

Allen J. "Scrugg" Parish Harrison, MI formerly of Okemos Passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 at age 60. Born February 23, 1956 to Harry and Lula Belle Parish in Lansing, Michigan. Allen worked for General Motors where he retired from the Fisher Body Plant. He was a former member of Local 602 and of Devils Knob Golf Club in Harrison. Allen was a very knowledgeable and big sports fan who loved all MSU sports and watching racing. Preceding him in death were his father; brother, Jarol and sister, Carol. Surviving are his mother, Lula Belle Parish; sister, Thelma Beadle; brothers, Ronald Parish, Harry Parish; several nieces and nephews; daughter, Kimberly Fawcett; grandchildren, Dustin, Dana, Danielle. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Skinner Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel.
