Arthur "Bud" Bennett Hagreen Jr. Obituary (1928 - 2011)

Born March 22, 1928 in Hudson, MI to Gertrude and Arthur Hagreen, Sr., passed away at the age of 83 on December 5, 2011 at his home. Bud was a World War II Veteran of the Navy serving on a ship called the LST745. He retired as a maintenance electrician. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Louis and step-son Rick Jones. Surviving are two daughters, Sindra (Donald) Ohler of Lansing, MI and Vicki Renner of Alexandria, VA, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two sisters, Dorothy (Monty) Bodington of VA and Betty Barelow of NC and several nieces and nephews, two step-children and three step-grandchildren and one step-great grandson. Bud resided with Georgia Turner. There will be a memorial service at 1:00pm on Monday, December 12, 2011 at the Chapel in the Pines Funeral Home in Lansing, Michigan and a Graveside Service at 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Hudson, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Lansing.
