Frederick Richard "Rick" McCarrick
Of Lansing, MI passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 20, 2019 at the age of 72. Rick was born on June 23, 1947 in Lansing, MI the son of Frederick and Trudy (Sindall) McCarrick. He was raised in Lansing and later moved to Dansville where he attended high school and after high school enlisted in the US Navy. He lived in Winter Haven, Florida for several years before returning home to Lansing. Rick worked all his adult life as a truck driver retiring around 2009. He was an avid fisherman and loved Sunday football with his family. Rick will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and infectious laugh.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law, Robert Milliken and nephew, Daniel Milliken.
Surviving are his sisters, Meg (Ken) Smith, Candy Milliken; nephews, Ryan Milliken, Brandon Milliken; nieces, Stacie Smith, Marisa (Mario) McFadden, Shaunna Smith (Travis) and numerous great nieces and close friends.
