Gilbretta Berry Obituary (1932 - 2016)

Gilbretta Berry Lansing, MI Passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at age 84. Born May 14, 1932 to Uel and Flora (Adams) Berry in Rector, Arkansas. Gilbretta, or Gil as she was often called, worked for the Miller Dairy Farm in Eaton Rapids before going to work as a Supervisor for Michigan TB Association in Lansing. For many years she attended the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Eaton Rapids. Gilbretta enjoyed classical music and loved gardening. She had a beautiful rose garden that was nicer than many professionally maintained gardens. Surviving are her sisters, Elaine Berry, Rose Twitchell as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. A private family funeral will be held at a later date. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Gilbretta's name.
