Homer Eugene Phelps Obituary (1927

A retired Lansing Police officer died October 10, 2009 at age 82. For those who seek to celebrate Homer's life, the family would like to invite you to his memorial Oct. 17, at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church of Charlotte. Surviving are his 3 children, Diane (Larry) Ranshaw, Linda (Bill) Simpson, David (Sharon) Phelps and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A donation to Ingham Regional Medical Center Hospice, 401 W. Greenlawn, Lansing, MI 48910 in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
