Alton Keith Curtis Obituary (1961 - 2010)

Age 49 of Eaton Rapids died March 20, 2010 unexpectedly at his residence. Born September 17, 1961 in Norfolk, Virginia the son of Harold "Lonnie" and Diana (Brown) Curtis. Alton was the former manager of Mr. B's Grocery Store in Eaton Rapids. He served in the Navy following graduation from Eaton Rapids High School. Alton was an active individual in Eaton Rapids who loved fishing and joking with friends. Surviving are his mother, Diana (Kenneth) Uhl of Mt. Juliet, TN., father, Lonnie (Judith) Curtis of Eaton Rapids; brothers, Lee (Laura) Curtis of Brighton, and Joshua (LeAnn) Curtis of Eaton Rapids; sister, Rebecca (Paul) Jackson of Oakland, CA.; grandmother, Bette Brown of Mt. Juliet, TN.; close friend, Jenny Crosby; 4 God-children, Brooke and Jordy Crosby, T.M. and Ace Russell; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces nephews and cousins. Memorial services will be Saturday, March 27th at 1:00 P.M. from the Skinner Funeral Home in Eaton Rapids. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the service time.
