John A. Denison, Sr. Obituary (1934 - 2011)

John A. Denison, Sr., 77, entered God's kingdom surrounded by his loving family September 1st, 2011. Loving husband of Lois, and much loved father of John (Connie), Ron (Shay), Tom (Kellie) and Penny (John) Haney. He was preceded in death by Carl W. Denison, father, and Ruby G. Denison, mother, Virginia Graham, Half-sister, brothers, Carl R., Paul W., and Jim L. He is survived by sisters and brothers, Dorthy (Larry) Miller, Wayne (Marlene), Ruby Ann (Ed) Penoyer, Richard (Patty), and sister-in- law, MaryEllen Denison-Conley. His legacy continues of resilient convictions towards God, family and friends, along with his 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Across the past 50 years, his dedications to the Lord along with his commitment to the Operating Engineers, Local 324, have left their mark on the Cedarway Free Methodist Church and Lansing communities. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Cedarway Free Methodist Church.
