Jose Howard "Joe" Narezo Obituary (1933 - 2013)

Passed away Friday, January 4, 2013 at age 79. Born December 17, 1933 to Daniel and Petra Narezo in Dilley, Texas. Joe spent his early years growing up in Mexico before moving to Michigan. He retired from General Motors where he worked in Material Control at the Fisher Body Plant. He and his wife Brenda attended the First Baptist Church in Eaton Rapids. Joe enjoyed the Senior Center where he would play cards with the group on Mondays. He liked having coffee with the McDonalds Coffee Group. Joe loved his children and his grandchildren and enjoyed camping and traveling with them to such places as Cedar Point. Joe was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend that will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Preceding him in death were his parents and 11 brothers and sisters. Surviving are his wife Brenda Narezo of Eaton Rapids; children by marriage, Russell (Shelli) Moffitt of DeWitt, Dennis (Sharon Ruggles) Moffitt of Dimondale, Rhonda (Les) Lovoll of DeWitt; grandchildren, Jillane Moffitt, Molly Lovoll, Jordan Moffitt, Lauren Moffitt, William Sullivan, Erin Sullivan, Stacy Sullivan; brother, Leonard (Julie) Narezo of Lansing; sister, Olga Martinez of California; mother-in-law, Jackie Warfield; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Eaton Rapids.
