Kenneth Clayton Wise

Passed away on Friday, April 13th at age 65. Born February 28, 1947 to Joseph and Ethel Wise in Lansing, MI. A lifelong resident of Lansing, Kenneth graduated from Eastern High School class of '65. He served in the U. S. Army. Kenneth then went to work for General Motors where he was a Building Repair General for 38 years. Kenneth was an avid NASCAR fan who enjoyed any and all racing. He drove stock car #140 at Spartan Speedway. Ken enjoyed gambling at the Soaring Eagle. He loved spending time with his friends, especially Sunday breakfast group, which was a favorite. Poppa was a loving man that will be missed by all of his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Linda Wise; sons, William (Heather), Kenneth (Kristin), Donald (Ashley); grandchildren, Devin, Parker, Donovan, Makayla, Cypress; brother, Joseph (Patsy) Wise; sister, Margaret (Ray) Julian as well as many nieces and nephews.
Memorial dinner will be at 1:30pm on Saturday at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Post #1039, 4700 North Grand River Ave, Lansing MI. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to either the family or the American Cancer Society in Kenneth's name.
