Ottmar Lewis Holley Obituary (1924 - 2010)

Age 85, of Eaton Rapids died Monday, June 7, 2010 at a Lansing hospital. Born June 14, 1924 in Munith, Michigan, the son of Lester B. and Bessie (Best) Holley. Ott served in the army during World War II and worked for Motor Wheel in Lansing as a Supervisor. Preceding him in death was a daughter, Hollie Ann (Holley) Voelker in 1991; brothers and sister, Ronal, Chet, Les and George Holley, Florence Vincent. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Donna; son, Ottmar (Mary) Holley Jr. of Eaton Rapids; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; brother, Harry (Lois) Holley of 29 Palms, CA, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 11, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. from the Skinner Funeral Home in Eaton Rapids with Pastor Carolyn Hastings of the Wayside Chapel in Mason, officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosehill Cemetery in Eaton Rapids. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 12:00 P.M. Noon until the time of service.
