R. Eulene Gallimore Obituary (1927 - 2017)

R. Eulene Gallimore Eagle Passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at the age of 90. Born December 5, 1927 to Elijah and Etta (Eaton) Wright in Stokes County, North Carolina. Eulene worked as an operating nurse for many years before retiring. The church was her life and she faithfully served as an active member of Greensboro Seventh-Day Adventist Church for 64 years. Eulene was always there to help those in need and will be dearly missed by all who remember her. Preceding her in death were her husaband, Homer Gallimore Sr.; brother, Elijah Wright Jr. and her brother-in-law, Robert Dunning. Surviving are her sons, Jay (Linda) Gallimore, Steve (Chare) Gallimore; grandchildren, Alicia (Paul) Weber, Matthew Gallimore, Trisha (Joe) Broy, Rachelle (Roger Scruggs) Gallimore-Scruggs; grandsons, Jack Broy, Peter Broy; sisters, Shirley (Boyce) Hamer, Jean Dunning, Julia (Francis) Norcott as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Greensboro Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1320 Fleming Rd. Greensboro, NC 27410.
